依托西方科学思想与方法，改造中国画教育，坚持传统，力求从中国画内部突破阻碍中国画教育发展的困境。回顾中国画整个发展历程，能够为高校中国化教育活动开展提供宝贵经验，为学生学习中国画知识与技巧奠定扎实理论基础。
