Abstract：
随着我国经济水平的不断攀升，广大居民的物质生活也在逐渐丰富，在满足了基本需求的前提下也在不断地追求精神文化生活，其中的群众舞蹈作为精神文化建设中的重要组成部分，不仅可以强身健体同时还能激发群众的参与热情和创作热情，因此在和谐社会建设引导过程中需注重群众舞蹈的积极性作用和推广方式。本文针对文化馆的功能特点以及社会需求进行分析，探讨群众舞蹈普及与推广的深化思考。
