Abstract：
随着社会经济的发展，为了加强全国各地间的联系，道路桥梁建设的发展日益迅速。为保证道路桥梁高效运行，在选择施工技术时，要运用相对合理的质量控制办法。需要注意的是，某些施工人员由于自身或培训不到位等原因，职业素质不高，为此，必须采取相应措施来提高员工的职业素质。
