Abstract：
随着新时期发展，为了全面加强幼儿园教师综合水平，在开展幼儿园教育教学改革研究过程，应提高对于幼儿教师核心素养的培养研究能力，要根据幼儿教师专业水平，深入进行核心素养培养，不断探索更加完善的幼儿园教师核心素养培养方案，进一步为幼儿教师综合素质提高奠定基础。通过实践分析，从多方面总结了幼儿园教师核心素养培养的有效途径。
