通过分析赣南铁军精神意义及其重要性，了解铁军精神的研究现状并分析现阶段小学体育教学当中存在的问题，结合铁军精神探究对小学体育教学中学生培养的理论价值和现实意义，最后并解释如何应用铁军精神进行有效培养，从而为下一阶段学生的思想教育和行为教育优化奠定坚实基础
