Abstract：
教育教学的变革方向更加明显，根据教学策略，深刻的反馈教学形式，不仅能够打破常规的教学手段，同时也能促使多种教学方法，得以灵活性的运用，真正为学生提供便利条件，进行科学化的创新，提高课堂教学的有效性。本文立足初中语文教学实际，阐述出教学的本质，顺应新形势下教育教学改革的要求，充分掌握学生的学习情况，为学生提供充足的时间，让学生关注于自己的变化，真正研究出适合学生的教学手段，大幅度提高初中语文课堂教学的实际效果和水平。
