Abstract：
随着社会经济的不断发展与城市化进程的飞速加快，建筑工程得以更好的建设，在建筑工程的管理过程中，全过程造价控制发挥了重要作用，对建筑的各个环节进行良好的造价控制，在动态管理中实现了企业成本的最小化，为企业的发展带来了更好的效益。在建筑工程项目质量监督的过程中，应进行全过程造价控制，能有效控制成本的投入，从而保证资源能够进行优化配置。
