    Abstract：

    中职教育已成为中国教育体系的一个组成部分。随着素质教育的普及和深入，对舞蹈专业人才的需求和教育水平越来越高。中职舞蹈人才培养已成为影响人才培养质量的关键因素之一。为了适应国家文化体制和社会市场化改革的需要，本文分析当前中职学校舞蹈人才培养现状和问题，并提出应对策略，一起提高中职学校舞蹈人才的培养质量。
