Abstract：
人事档案管理是事业单位一项重要的管理工作，它可以保护事业单位的隐私，在今天的市场中，众多事业单位的良性运转，归根结底都是对于优秀人才的管理，因此，人才档案以及模式制度的管理对事业单位都具有重要的意义，事业单位要在职能市场竞争中立于不败之地，就需要对员工的档案进行合理的管理，从而提高核心竞争力，合理的人事档案管理既能保障员工的个人档案的完整性，又能避免档案的损毁，确保档案的合理使用。有利于更好的整合事业单位的人力资源，为单位未来的发展提供一定的支持。
