    Abstract：

    兴趣是学习的最好的老师，特别是数学，因此想办法提高学生的学习兴趣，变学生“要我学”为“我要学”才能提高学习效率。因此教师要做到：把游戏引入课堂；充分发挥语言艺术；激情引入，使每一堂课有一个好的开始。教师要不断学习新的教学方法，学会使用新的教学设备。学生创新意识与能力的培养，离不开创造性的教学活动，离不开课堂中教师对教学的创新设计。
