Abstract：
随着我国卫生事业的不断发展，医疗改革不断推向深入，社区医院等基层医疗卫生系统的重要性日渐提升，特别是在此次疫情防控过程中，基层医疗卫生系统发挥了重要的作用。地方高职院校医学类专业承担着培养基层医疗一线医护人员的重要作用，人才培养质量直接关系到人才的有效供给和人民的身体健康，因此基于医教协同理念开展地方高职院校医学人才培养机制改革迫在眉睫，本文从职业院校医护专业人才培养机制现状，基于医教协同的改革设计和措施，建议三个方面论述。
