Abstract：
乌兰察布市具有降雨量分布并不均匀等特点，尤其近年来一些地上河流、湖泊蓄水量减少，如何对马铃薯进行有效灌溉，是迫切需要解决的问题。对马铃薯叶片拍照，通过神经网络对马铃薯叶面颜色进行有效识别后可以粗略地知道叶绿素的含量，最后根据叶绿素含量的高低可以了达到对马铃薯的合理灌溉。
