Abstract：
苯酐一般俗称为邻苯二甲酸酐，其主要功能就是用于生产苯二甲酸二丁酯、树脂材料以及与染料有关的化工产品。目前中国国内所使用的苯酐制造工艺技术，通常都是以邻二甲苯为主要原材料，采用固定床气反应器相催化的氧化法等工艺技术完成生产制备等工作。为此，本文在剖析了苯酐制造过程根据其实际的运行状况，对苯酐生产装置火灾爆炸风险，以及安全补偿策略和保护措施等方面进行了分析，为苯酐的安全生产与管理工作提出了切实可行的依据。
