    Abstract：

    现代教育技术的发展改变了学校传统教学模式，重新定位了“教”与“学”的关系。在建设精品课程时，应认识到现代教育技术给学校教育改革带来的变化，以鲜明的教育理念和创新方法为出发点，激发教师的积极性，为精品课程建设服务。本文围绕现代教育技术，从学生培养和学习特征两个方面，分析教育技术在精品课程建设中的需求，并探究教育技术对精品课程建设的价值和应用方向。
