Abstract：
习总书记视察北师大时发表的“四有”好老师重要讲话中强调：今天的学生就是未来实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的主力军，而广大教师就是打造这支中华民族“梦之队”的筑梦人。希望教师们立足培养中国特色社会主义事业建设者和接班人的需要，立足国际视野、家国情怀、集体精神和创新思维的新时代人才基本需求，不断提升自己的学识能力，既做好“大先生”又做好“教书匠”。不仅教学生掌握一些具体的知识，更重要的是要提高学生的思维能力和品位修养。所以我们肩负着一份沉甸甸的责任。
