Abstract：
制药车间洁净系统管道施工具有洁净级别要求高、作业环境复杂、专业交叉作业多、工艺要求严格、工序多、所用材料多为奥氏体不锈钢等特点。为此，制药洁净车间施工技术针对GMP 认证有关制药车间洁净系统管道安装工程的要求，分析了洁净管道焊接常见缺陷的原因，从施工工艺、不锈钢管道焊接、不锈钢管道钝化等几方面进行质量把控，确保了药品GMP 认证要求。
