Abstract：
在社会经济持续发展进步的背景下，建筑领域也迎来了崭新的春天，建筑工程的数量与规模持续增长，这虽然对于社会建设与经济发展具有一定的积极意义，但是与此同时，建筑施工对生态环境造成的影响也是越发严峻。通过调查统计得知，建筑领域所造成的资源耗费，占据了整体资源耗费量的百分之五十七。由此可以得见，建筑工程施工对于生态环境的影响是不容忽视的，因此必须强化工程施工的绿色性与生态性。新型绿色技术是全新兴起的产物，其对于建筑工程的可持续发展具有推动作用，下文将对其进行分析。
