群团工作的政治性是前提，先进性是根本，群众性是本质，三性是辩证统一的，不可分割。新形势下国有企业高质量发展，需强大的力量支持，做好群团工作，团结组织力量，转化为企业的竞争力和创新力，进而促进企业高质量发展。现针对国企群团工作的相关内容，展开具体的论述，提出优化国企群团工作的策略，以期为相关人员提供参考。
