    Abstract：

    当代企业在管理培训过程中应当结合行之有效的培训管理模式、管理机制，创新培训管理策略。本文对企业培训概念进行简要阐述，对当前企业培训管理的方法以及模式创新途径进行总结探究，分别对技能型培训、管理型培训以及校企合作培训机制进行简要分析探讨，以此来增强企业培训管理工作的质量和效率。
