    Abstract：

    大力发展市场经济以来，我国城镇化进程进入快速发展阶段。了解并分析城镇化影响因素是促进城镇化健康发展的前提，文章分析了山东省城镇化过程中的问题，选用山东省十六地市2013-2020年八年面板数据，构建面板数据固定效应模型进行实证考察。实证结果表明，二三产业产值占比、农村居民可支配收入、人均GDP对城镇化具有不同程度的促进作用，并根据所得结论提出相应建议。
