    Abstract：

    建筑设备工程是建筑工程的重点环节，关系到建筑工程的实用性以及舒适性要求。但是建筑设备工程的环节较多，比较繁琐，其中部分施工内容也比较零碎，隐蔽性强，所以出现风险问题的可能更大。这意味着建筑设备工程的施工和安装质量直接关系到施工进度、施工成本和整体工程质量，所以需要施工单位做好施工管理工作。对此，本文就建筑设备工程的施工技术以及管理内容进行简单分析。
