    在新时代,高校辅导员已成为学校和学生间的重要桥梁,兼具了教师与教职员工的双重身份,同时也是学校教育教学和管理工作队伍的重要组成。在国际与国内形势的日益变化、高教变革速度日益加快的大背景下,高校辅导员的发展仍面临着一定挑战与问题,所以,完善新时代高校辅导员的专业结构尤为重要。本文在论述新时期学生思想政治教育和辅导员工作现状的基础上，分析了可能存在的问题及对策。
