Abstract：
随着我国经济的快速发展，无论是建筑规模还是结构方面，都在向大型化、复杂化发展。建筑工程具有投资高、工期长的特点，任何施工环节出现问题，都会影响整个工程的施工过程和质量，威胁周边居民的生命、财产安全。掌握建筑工程施工质量，需要加强施工各个环节的有效管理，及时发现工程施工过程中存在的诸多问题，及时要求施工单位进行改进，确保工程质量符合相关设计要求。
