Abstract：
随着社会的不断发展，人们对生活环境的质量要求越来越高，环境工程建设过程中更加重视对环境整体的影响，而环境监测在环境工程建设中发挥着极为重要的作用，一定程度上保证了现有环境质量，并且对存在的环境破坏等情况及时的加以干预，止损于环境破坏最小化，保护人类生存和发展的基本环境条件。环境监测下的环境工程建设不仅是工程建设质量的基本保障，而且在一定程度上促进了环境质量的改善。
