Abstract：
自我国2021年7月月出台“双减”政策以来，引起了全社会极大关注。“双减”政策是目前针对学校而提出的一项政策，其目的在于促进学生全面发展，减少学生作业负担的同时，能够缓解家庭教育焦虑，提升学校教育教学质量，强化学校的综合实力。教师在学校中担任十分重要的角色，推进“双减”政策，对教师的素养也提出了更高的要求。本文对“双减”背景下提升教师素养的意义、困境及要求等方面展开综述，望能全面提升教师整体素养，对学校、学生及教师自身发展带来益处。
