Abstract：
随着中国经济社会的高速发展，电力行业也日益普遍，在电力工业改造中智能电能表也是关键的组成部分。现阶段在电力系统中已广泛地应用智能电能表，以提高供电公司能源计算的准确度，并缓解客户拖欠电量等问题，从而增加了电力公司转型的效益。在本文中笔者将以智能电能表为切入点，剖析设计细部，并研究运用过程中的常见故障和改善对策。
