在建筑业发展中,不断更新的工艺、技术及技术装备,使得本就复杂的工民建施工管理面临更大困难。本文首先就工民建施工质量管理的重要性予以简述,指出工民建施工管理存在问题,并对如何强化工民建施工质量管控提出具体措施,以作借鉴。
