    随着国家建筑工程项目的发展，建筑工程管理期间的全程性造价控制受到广泛重视和应用，合理采用全过程的造价管控方式，不仅能够提前预防出现造价风险问题、有效进行事中的管理和控制，还能进行事后的归纳总结和反思，具有一定的重要意义。因此建筑工程企业在造价管理的过程中应重点运用全过程控制方式，增强造价管控效果，达到预期的管理工作目的。
