Abstract：
生态林业工程建设，是通过融入现代科技手段以提高林业对科技进步贡献率的新兴产业。本文针对生态林业工程技术引进工作面临的问题展开了系统分析，研究并提出林业技术引进工作的意义与必要性，尤其是通过改善中国林业质量、提高全球竞争力等，从而提高林业技术推广水平的措施。
