Abstract：
以学生”是高等院校学生管理工作的重要核心宗旨，强调以学生在高等院校学生管理工作中有着非常重大的指导性，建立”以学生”的中国高等学校毕业生管理制度，不仅是中国高等教育变革的必须条件，而且也是新时代的必须需求.报告全文分析了以学生为中心在中国高等学校毕业生管理工作中的基本含义、中国高等学校毕业生管理工作面临的新形势和挑战，并给出了中国高等学校正在推行以教师的学生管理工作的具体措施和意见。
