Abstract：
在全球化发展的趋势下，也就对通用语言英语的学习与教学提出了更高的要求。在对初中阶段的英语知识进行讲解的过程中，教师如果只是沿用传统的教学模式，将不能满足现代化的教学需求。所以，根据实际情况，灵活地对分层次的教学模式进行应用与拓展是十分重要的。在对具体的教学方法进行探索的过程中，还需结合学生具体的学习反馈，更加精准的把握分层教学法与初中英语教学的契合点。
