Abstract：
近几年来，高中学生对物理学科的普遍印象就是一个字——难，所以很多学生偏科现象普遍存在。但是物理成绩是各级各类高等学校选择高质量考生的重要参考，因此物理学科十分重要。如何让老师教的省力、学生学的轻松，本文作者将从“教”和“学”两大方面为物理教师和学生提出几点建议。
