    分层教学理念最早起源于中国的“因材施教”，在多年的发展过程中，小学阶段的语文分层教学更是吸纳了诸多先进且有效的教学理念，从教育学、心理学等角度实现了既定的认知展现和实践推进。虽然在日常的教学中收到了诸多收获，但其中所存在的各种问题也必须引起重视。
