    Abstract：

    目前，在新课改的背景下，中职班主任教学管理工作和学习都在有条不紊地进行，但是不少班主任受到传统班级管理观念的熏陶，导致与学生沟通交流的过程中出现许多问题，因此班主任要积极探讨班级高效管理的方法，进一步提高班主任的管理能力。
