    Abstract：

    中国的能源生产和消费以煤炭为主，同时煤炭又是各种能源中污染环境最严重的能源。燃煤产生的二氧化硫和烟尘排放量占其排放总量的80%～90%，其中火力发电用煤约占耗煤量的50%。采取有效措施提高煤炭利用率，降低供电煤耗，减少排放，保护环境，对国家和社会具有深远的意义。
