Abstract：
目前我国不少建筑施工企业所采用的成本管理方法存在着诸多缺陷，难以满足企业参与日益激烈的市场竞争需要，企业项目成本管控是否到位决定着企业盈利能力水平，必须找出问题加以解决和提升管控能力。针对工程项目成本管理过程中存在的问题进行分析和探讨并提出相应的对策。
