    Abstract：

    水利工程作为我国国民基础工程的重要组成部分，水利工程质量与规模对于我国水土防治与用水具有重要的影响。软土地基作为影响水利工程质量的重要因素之一，施工单位逐渐增加对于软土地基处理的重视度，在施工过程中通过增加建筑结构承载能力的方式，强化土质的支撑作用，从而保证了水利地基施工的质量。因此，科学进行水利软土地基处理，有助于保证水利施工的安全开展。
