Abstract：
目前煤炭职业院校的学生多为定向培养或订单式培养，学生就业去向明确。但是，这些非煤炭开采专业的学生在学习了《煤炭开采概论》课程后，很难了解煤炭开采生产的基本过程和知识，对煤炭开采生产有一个基本的了解，尤其是在学生没有煤炭开采知识和生产实践的基础上。这就要求教师在教学过程中将课程教学与生产现场有效衔接，更好地利用煤矿生产现场的有效资源，采用灵活多样的教学方法，实现教学目标，达到教学效果。
