    Abstract：

    中职教育若要实现突破性的发展，培养出更多优秀人才，就必须不断探索新的人才培养模式，而深化产教融合正是其未来发展的方向。本文首先对产教融合人才培养模式的理论进行介绍，并阐述中职学校产教融合人才培养的现状，以及探索制冷与空调专业人才培养模式和创新性研究。以期通过此研究，可为中职学校今后更好的落实产教融合人才培养工作起到借鉴作用。
