    Abstract：

    随着国民生活水平的提高，文化旅游产业近年来逐渐转变为国内投资与发展的热点，成为推动我国经济发展的新动力。主题乐园型项目是文旅项目中最具特色的一个类别。本文以笔者参与的部分主题乐园设计项目为基础，研究建筑信息模型（BIM）在主题乐园项目建设过程中的应用点，分析在BIM应用过程中遇到的问题与难点，并进一步提出改善和优化建议。
