    Abstract：

    房建工程主要使用钢筋混凝土结构，具有良好的耐久性和稳定性，但受到环境和混凝土凝固等影响，容易形成结构裂缝，影响建筑结构寿命。基于此，本文通过对后浇带施工技术展开分析，介绍了技术优势和应用要点，以某住宅建筑工程为例，详细分析了后浇带技术的应用。
