Abstract：
随着时代的发展，互联网的应用愈发广泛，其在教育教学中也得到了全面的应用。同时在素质教育理念的推动下，教育教学更注重学生核心素养的培养，创新素养评价机制，便能够更进一步推动学生的综合发展。为此，在对小学英语核心素养培养的重要意义进行阐述分析的基础上，提出“互联网+背景下”创新素养评价的有效策略，进而便能够有利于小学生英语核心素养的有效提升。
