Abstract：
供电公司的内部管理已经成为社会热议话题，物资管理工作逐渐演变为一个具有系统性的工作，在公司管理中的地位也越来越重要，对供电公司而言，供电物资管理是不可或缺的环节，因此随着我国市场经济体制的不断改革和发展，在此供电物资管理就必须适应市场经济的要求，同样做出改革创新。基于此，本文对供电公司应急物资管理工作的特点、供电公司应急物资管理现状以及供电公司应急物资管理的措施进行了分析。
