    机床常见故障维修是机械设备维修专业的核心课程，通过企业调研，根据企业岗位典型工作任务转化的一体化课程，该课程是培养具有维修机床能力的专业性人才，在精密零部件排查维修过程中升华出严谨的工作态度和精益求精的工匠精神；同时该课程也是维修钳工中级职业资格证书，所必备的技能。由于该课程学习成果具有开放性和全面性，掌握技能后可维修企业大部分车床，增强了职业岗位能力，所以该课程在本专业体系中的地位如压舱石。
