Abstract：
目前我国大学生就业压力很大，尤其是毕业分配和扩招政策取消后，因为教育的普及，精英人才的数量在慢慢减少。职业生涯规划具体来说就是实现人才和资源的再分配，同时可以让学生完成正确的自我认知，便于单位提前招聘人才。职业生涯规划对大学生来说非常必要，必须与社会发展有效结合，才能体现就业特点，达到预期的规划目标。
