Abstract：
在现代教育理论不断进步及发展的环境下，如何在课堂教学中彰显时代气息、促进学生核心素养提升也成为教师教学关注的核心课题，初中阶段本就是学生身心素养发展的重要阶段，在这一阶段对学生进行科学的体育教学对于学生素质提升及全面发展意义非常，而本文则是对初中提趣味教学与健康教育融合的策略展开了探索，希望借此来提高学生身体素质及心理健康水平。
