    Abstract：

    随着新课改的推进，国家相关部门对学生的教育教学也加强了重视，这就要求教师在进行教学时要对以往的教学方法和思路做出改变，现今虽有很多的教师及专家对教研工作进行了分析和研究，但大多都只有理论，没有实例作为支撑，因此学校组织了集体备课活动“一课一研”，以期能够探究出一套适合高中语文教学工作开展的有效策略，也能为更多的同仁提供创新思路。
