在初中教学阶段，学生积极心理品质培养是各学科教学工作开展的重点内容和基础内容。目前，积极心理学研究在教育行业得到了快速发展，初中生积极心理品质培养具有重要意义，教师在开展教学活动时，及时更新教育教学理念，将心理健康内容作为教学重点，应该针对学生给予积极的心理指导，积极探索初中生积极性心理促成方法，促使学生养成良好的学习习惯，帮助学生改变自身的不良情绪，从而为学生心理健康发展提供保障。
