    Abstract：

    校企合作是高职院校社会服务的一项重要功能，通过校企合作能够有效推进产教融合的发展，产教融合对高职院校发展具有重要意义。本文通过对高职院校校企合作的动力分析，梳理校企合作中存在的问题与不足，构建高职院校校企合作动力机制。文章认为要推动高职院校产教融合，必须要改变产教融合发展理念，建立利益协调机制及资源互补机制。
