Abstract：
中职学校担负着为社会发展、企业所需提供实干人才的教育重任，中职学校开设的每一门教育课程都应为学生日后的职业发展做铺垫，英语课程自然也不例外。如今英语作为通用语言，在各行各业都被广泛使用，中职学生若具有较强的英语能力，在未来求职时也会使自己更有底气，因此英语教师需以培养学生的职业能力为综合目标，以职业能力的视角组织日常英语教学活动，拉进英语与职业间的联系，提高学生英语综合职业能力。基于此，以下对职业能力视角下中职英语教学模式的创新进行了探讨，以供参考。
